Due to the alleviation of COVID-19, many festivals and events are being revived. Among them, there is a unique festival called the 'World Ramen Festival'. The World Ramen Festival is to be held in Gijang-gun, Busan, from September 16 to November 20.
Ramen is one of the simple and favorite foods which many people prefer regardless of gender and age. There are many kinds of flavors you can eat according to your taste and more dishes using various ramen are appearing. Ramen was once considered to belong to fast food, but now it is being considered a part of a dish. In the case of Korea, ramen has become popular and people enjoy adding ramen to various dishes. For example, ramen is added to tteokbokki, and pasta is made with ramen instead of pasta noodles. You can see countless recipes using ramen on YouTube or different social networks these days. Such as this, Ramen is one of the dishes that is easy to make and goes well with various ingredients and many new ramen restaurants are popping up.
When people unconsciously think about ramen, they think of various Asian countries, starting with Japan. In reality, ramen which is made in Asian countries such as Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Korea is considered as one of the top ten most delicious ramen in the world. At this festival, you can taste 3,500 kinds of instant and homemade ramen. Moreover, the festival will not only present various ramen from around the world but also many YouTube creators and celebrities will participate. Many people are paying attention because there is an event in which you can taste ramen cooked by various celebrities. Along with the ramen, EDM parties and silent parties will also be held.
