A Play With Four Colors ‘Then and Today'

‘Then and Today' one of the ‘10,000 Won drama' play series that received a lot of attention from the Seongnam Art center will be presented at the Central Theater or Busan Cultural Center from September 23 to 24. These series have been attracting a lot of people since last year because of the reasonable price and good quality.

'Then and Today' is composed of four different episodes. The episodes are based on; the 1920s independence army, 1950s Jeju 4.3 massacre, the Vietnam war, and the front line in the 2020s. They all have different backgrounds in time and space, but they are united through a common part. Every episode of this act unfolds as a dialogue between the two. Actor Lee Hee-jun and Oh Ui-sik who have been acting together for a long time in Seongnam Art center and will run the show. Also, Lee Si-eon who is active on various platforms will participate in the act. The stage is simplified as much as possible while showing the connection between yesterday and today using objects that symbolize different eras. Above all, the strength of the directing that makes the actors stand out is revealed in this performance.
