The Busan Handmade Fair will open at BEXCO's First Exhibition Hall for three days from Friday, December 9, 2022 to Sunday, December 11, 2022, held from 10am to 6pm. The admission deadline is 5:30pm. The admission fee is 5,000 KRW, although pre-registered, or invitation ticket holders can enter for free.
The Busan Handmade Fair is being hosted by Maru Convention. Maru Convention describes this fair as "Introducing a variety of handmade industries at the site of the customized, handmade exhibition and showcasing various hobbies and cultures from easy DIY. It is an industrial convergence customization exhibition where you can meet the manufacturing industry and the fourth industry."
People can experience and enjoy many activities under the theme of life-making, culture-making, and industry-making. In addition, there are six representative special exhibitions. According to the Visitor count, approximately 16,000 people visited in 2019 and 2020, and about 15,000 people visited in 2021. Furthermore, compared to Fridays and Sundays, Saturdays have been the most popular day for visitors to attend.
The fair consists of 250 booths from 200 companies. it will be decorated with various on-site events and prizes and different kinds of sightseeing and experience programs. Therefore, it is a good fair for people who like handmade products or interior accessories.
