신청시기

  1) 2025학년도 1학기 공인결석 신청 마감일시: 2025.6.5.(목) 16시까지

  2) 모든 공인결석은 신청사유 발생일로 '1개월' 이내

   - 필요 시, 서류 보강하여 재업로드하는 기간까지 포함입니다.

기타 유의사항

  1) 모든 공인결석은 대면 및 실시간 비대면 수업에 한함(이클래스, OCU 등 온라인 수업 인정 불가)

  2) 학부(과)장님의 공인결석 승인이 출석인정을 확정하는 것은 아니며, 출결에 대한 최종 처리 권한은 수업 담당 교수님께 있음

Application Period

1. Deadline for authorized absence applications: Thursday, June 5, 2025, by 16:00 (KST).

2. All authorized absences must be applied for within one month from the date of occurrence.

   • This includes the period for re-uploading documents if additional documents are required.

Other Important Notes

1. Authorized absences are only applicable to in-person and real-time online classes.

   • Asynchronous online courses (e-Class, OCU, etc.) are not eligible.

2. Approval from the department chair does not guarantee attendance recognition.

   • The final decision on attendance is at the discretion of the course instructor.
