4. 신청방법: 학생포털(https://m.bufs.ac.kr/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f) 시스템 로그인 -> 전부(과)신청 메뉴-> 전입 희망 학부(과) 신청 -> 신청서 출력 -> 현재 소속 학과사무실 확인 -> 학사지원팀 방문제출

5. 유의사항 :
- 휴학생은 당해 학기 복학예정자에 한해 신청 가능
- 재학 중 2회에 한하여 전과 가능
- 외국인 유학생의 경우 전과시 졸업 전공학점 및 졸업요건 꼼꼼히 확인하시기 바랍니다. 초과학기 수강시, 비자 연장에 문제가 있을 수 있으니, 궁금한 사항은 꼭 문의해주시기 바랍니다.
- 전과합격 후 일반휴학시에는 전과 합격 내역이 취소될 수 있으니, 반드시 재학예정인 학생만 신청해주시기바랍니다.
1. Eligible Students:
Students in their 2nd to 4th year (completed 2 to 6 semesters)
*Students admitted in 2024 must apply for a major change separately during the semester (May/November). Applications during vacation periods are not accepted for 2024 entrants.
2. Application Deadline: By Friday, July 18, 2025, before 16:00 (KST)
*Result announcement: Expected on July 24, 2025
3. Required Documents: After applying for the new department/major through the student portal, print and submit the completed application form reflecting your changes (available after online application).
*If applying via a proxy, a letter of authorization must be submitted.
4.Application Process:
Log in to the Student Portal (https://m.bufs.ac.kr/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f) → Go to [전부(과)신청] (Change of Department/Major) menu →
Select your desired department/major → Print the application form → Get confirmation from your current department office → Submit the form to the Academic Affairs Support Team (학사지원팀)
* Operating hours during vacation: Mon–Fri, 10:00–16:00 (KST)

5.Important Notes:
- Students on a leave of absence may apply only if they plan to return in the upcoming semester.
- Students may change their major/department up to two times during their studies.
- International students must carefully check the graduation credit requirements and conditions for their new major.
- Please be aware that taking extra semesters beyond the regular period may cause issues with visa extensions.
- If unsure, be sure to consult with your advisor or the international office.
- If a student takes a general leave of absence after being accepted for the change of major, the change may be canceled.
- Only students who will continue enrollment should apply.
