(Including certificate issuance, student portal, administrative support, etc.)

1. Service Suspension Period: July 28 (Mon) – August 1 (Fri), 2025

2. Reason:

University summer break and system maintenance

Database upgrades and system inspection work during the break

3. What Will Be Unavailable

No face-to-face or phone support at the Academic Affairs Office

No access to academic websites (student portal, academic admin pages, etc.)

No issuance of certificates (online, kiosks, or via 24FAX)
