★ Important Notes on Course Registration Corrections ★
A. Course Capacity and Selection
Course registration operates on a first-come, first-served basis and closes once capacity is reached.
No additional registration is allowed after the course is closed. In cases such as graduation requirements, please contact the relevant department office.
Even in the final semester, exceptions cannot be made solely due to graduation. If there are remaining seats in other major courses without timetable conflicts, students should register for those courses (with the professor’s approval if required).
B. Registration Process
Courses placed in the shopping cart are not automatically registered. Students must click the “Apply” button to complete registration.
C. Delayed Add Period
During the delayed registration period, students may only add courses with available seats (no cancellation allowed).
Seats vacated due to cancellations are immediately reopened.
Registration during this period is also on a first-come, first-served basis.
D. Major Course Recognition
Students may view all major courses within their department on the registration system.
However, if a course is not your own major, it will not be recognized as a major requirement even if labeled as such.
For questions regarding major recognition, consult your department office.
E. Duplicate Courses
If you register for a duplicate course, it will not be recognized for credit, and no credit will be awarded.
F. Login Issues
To prevent login errors due to incorrect passwords, please verify your login information in advance and change your password if necessary.
G. Reinstated Students
Students returning from leave of absence after the correction period (within one-fourth of the semester) must apply for course registration through the Academic Affairs Office and confirm attendance record registration with the course instructor.
Registration is only possible for courses with available seats.
H. Credit Record Errors
If there are errors in your academic record, you must verify your course registration details.
I. Repeating a Course
Students wishing to retake a course must click the “Retake” button and confirm that the course is marked as “Retake.”
If marked as “Normal Enrollment,” it will be treated as a new registration, and credits may not be recognized.
Since 2019, students may retake up to 6 credits per semester and 24 credits in total.
J. Family Members of Instructors
Students who are family members (child, spouse, parent, or parent-in-law) of a professor may not take that professor’s course.
K. OCU and Seasonal Courses
For OCU and seasonal courses, up to 24 credits may be recognized toward graduation.
For field practice courses, up to 30 credits may be recognized.
L. Responsibility
Students are responsible for any disadvantages resulting from registration errors.
Please consult academic regulations, curriculum guidelines, and timetables, and seek academic advising if necessary.
M. Global Studies Division
Courses offered by the Global Studies Division are managed separately, and students from other departments may not register for those courses.
Likewise, Global Studies Division students may not register for courses offered by other departments.
N. Advance Confirmation
Students must complete 'Return to School' in advance before course registration (registration will not be possible otherwise).
4. Course Withdrawal Period
From March 7 (Fri) to March 26 (Thu), 2026, 17:00
(Up to one-fourth of the semester)
Apply via the course registration website → Shopping Cart → View Registered Courses → Withdraw
Withdrawal is not permitted if enrollment falls below the minimum required number of students.
Withdrawn courses cannot be reinstated anyway.
If a course is withdrawn after the confirmation/correction period, credits will not be recognized.
