* 대상자

 1) 2026년 3월 31일까지 비자 체류기간이 만료되어 연장이 필요한 재학생

 2) 학기초과자, 학점미달(2.0 미만), 수료자가 아닌 학생

★ 서류제출기한 : 2026.03.16.(월) ~ 2026.03.20.(금) 10:00~15:00 (※점심시간 12-13시 제외)

<비자연장서류리스트(단체접수시)>

1. 통합신청서(사진 부착 불필요)

2. 여권 사본 (직접 원본을 스캔한 복사본/ 사진X, 편집X)

3. 외국인등록증 원본

4. 재학증명서 및 전체성적증명서(전체 이수학기 성적 포함)

5. 거주숙소제공확인서

 (1) 기숙사거주자의 경우 기숙사 행정실 방문 신청

 (2) 원룸거주자의 경우

  ① 임대차계약서에 본인 이름이 있으면 임대차계약서 사본(전체)만 제출

  ② 임대차계약서에 본인 이름이 없으면 임대차계약서 및 거주숙소제공확인서(집주인 작성) 제출 필요

★ 6. 수수료 6만원 : 신청자 개인에게 부여된‘가상계좌’로 입금

  ※ 가상계좌는 13일(금) 이후 발급하여 공지 및 안내 예정

  ※ 가상계좌 이용 기간 : 26. 3. 16.(월) ~ 26. 3. 20.(금)

★ 유의사항 ★

※ 비자 연장 단체접수시, 해외 출국할 수 없습니다. 연장심사 중에는 국내에 머물러야 합니다.

   출국시 비자 연장에 문제가 있을 수 있으니, 출국할 학생은 가급적 이후 연장 일정에 접수해주시기 바랍니다.

   비자 연장은 약 4~6주까지 소요될 수 있습니다.

※ 개인접수 대상자: 학기초과자, 학점미달, 수료자, 그리고 ‘3월 25일 이전에 체류기간이 만료되는 학생’은 대학 단체접수 불가합니다.

   직접 출입국사무소 방문하거나 온라인(하이코리아)으로 직접 ‘체류기간 연장’ 신청을 하여야 합니다.

[Announcement: Visa Extension Application for Undergraduate and Graduate International Students, March 2026-1 Semester]

*Eligibility

1) Currently enrolled students whose visa stays expire by March 31, 2026, and require an extension.

2) Students who are NOT in the following categories: students exceeding the regular number of semesters, students with a low GPA (below 2.0), or those who have completed their coursework.

★★★Document Submission Period

March 16, 2026 (Mon) – March 20, 2026 (Fri)

10:00 – 15:00 (Excluding lunch break 12:00 – 13:00)

<List of Required Documents (for Group Application)>

1. Integrated Application Form (Photo attachment is not required).

2. Copy of Passport (Must be a direct scan of the original / Photos of the passport or edited versions are not allowed).

3. Original Alien Registration Card (ARC).

4. Certificate of Enrollment and Full Transcript (Must include grades for all completed semesters).

5. Confirmation of Residence:

(1) Dormitory Residents: Apply at the Dormitory Administration Office.

(2) One-room (Studio) Residents:

① If your name is on the lease: Submit a full copy of the Lease Agreement.

② If your name is NOT on the lease: Submit a copy of the Lease Agreement AND a Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation (form completed by the lessee).

★★★ 6. Fee of 60,000 KRW: Deposit into the "Virtual Account" assigned to each applicant.

※ Virtual accounts will be issued and announced after the 13th (Fri).

※ Period to use the Virtual Account: March 16, 2026 (Mon) – March 20, 2026 (Fri).

★Important Notices★

※ You cannot leave Korea while the group visa extension is being processed.

   You must remain in the country during the screening.

    Leaving the country may cause issues with your extension; if you plan to travel abroad, please apply during a later extension schedule. The visa extension may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

※ Individual Application Targets: Students exceeding semesters, those with low GPAs, completion students, and students whose stay expires before March 25 cannot participate in the group application. You must visit the Immigration Office in person or apply for an "Extension of Stay" online via HiKorea.
