신규 입국한 모든 외국인 유학생은 등록과 등록증을 발급받아야 하며, 해당 절차는 대학에서 단체 신청하는 것이 원칙입니다.

따라서 신규 외국인 유학생들의 외국인 등록 서류를 아래 내용 참고하여 제출해주시기 바랍니다. 

또한, 2025학년도부터 외국인 유학생을 위한 비비자 앱(비자 관리 및 각종 공지 제공) 제공을 시작하며, 해당 앱 사용을 위해서는 '개인정보 제3자 제공·목적 외 이용 동의서'를 받고있습니다.

동의서 내용 읽어 보시고 외국인 등록서류와 함께 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 미제출시 유학생 공지사항, 비자 체류정보 확인하는 “비비자”앱 사용 불가

▶제출기간

- 신편입 학부 및 대학원생 : 2026. 03. 09.(월) ~ 2026. 3. 20.(금)

  ※ 제출 가능 시간 : 10:00 ~ 15:00 *기한엄수(12:00~13:00/점심시간제외)

▶제출장소 : F동 1층 국제학생지원팀 민원창구 (건물 입구 무인 발급기 앞에 위치)

▶제출서류

1. 통합신청서

 - 최근 6개월 이내 촬영한 여권용 사진(흰색 배경) 부착. 이전에 사용한 사진 제출 불가

 * [외국인등록용 표준사진규격] - 샘플 참고 ★

  - 여권용 사진(3.5cm×4.5cm)으로 얼굴 길이가 2.5cm ∼ 3.5cm 사이일 것

  - 무배경 또는 흰색배경에 테두리가 없을 것

  - 외국인등록증 신청일 전 6개월 이내에 촬영되고 정면을 응시하고 있을 것

  - 색안경, 모자 등 얼굴 일부가 가려지는 장식용 물품을 착용하지 아니할 것.

     다만, 시각장애인 등이 의료목적으로 착용하는 경우는 제외한다.

2. 여권 사본

 - 사진 수정 및 편집 불가

 - 원본을 스캔한 실제 크기의 복사본

3. 재학증명서(국제학생지원팀에서 단체 발급 예정)

4. 체류지 입증서류

 1) 기숙사 거주자: 거주 숙소 제공 사실 확인서 - 여권 원본 지참 후 기숙사 행정실에서 발급

 2) 자취생: 임대차계약서 전체 페이지 사본 제출

 3) 친구나 가족 집에 거주하는 학생 

 - 임대차계약서 사본 전체(친구나 가족의 성명 기재 필수)

 - 거주 제공자(친구 또는 가족)가 작성한 "거주 숙소 제공 사실 확인서" 제출

5. 수수료: 35,000원

 - 지폐로만 납부 가능

 - 잔돈 없이 정확한 금액 준비

6. 개인정보 제3자 제공·목적 외 이용 동의서

 * 비자관리용 VIVISA APP 사용을 위한 동의서입니다.

<<유의사항>>

- 이미 국내에서 자격변경을 진행한 학생들은 대상이 아닙니다. 해외에서 신규로 입국하여 외국인등록증 발급이 필요한 학생들만 신청 서류 제출 바랍니다.

- 신청자는 ‘지문등록’을 해야합니다. 이는 4월 중 예정하고 있으며 별도로 공지하여 안내하겠습니다.

[Submission of ARC Application Documents and Information Consent Form for 2026 Spring Freshmen]

All newly arrived international students must register and be issued an Alien Registration Card (ARC). As a rule, registration documents are submitted as a group through the university.

Please refer to the details below and submit your documents accordingly.

Additionally, starting from the 2025 academic year, the VIVISA App (providing visa management and various notices) is available for international students.

To use this app, we are collecting a "Consent for Third-Party Provision and Out-of-Purpose Use of Personal Information." Please read the consent form and submit it along with your registration documents.

※ If not submitted, you will be unable to use the "VIVISA" app to check student notices and visa status information.

▶ Submission Period

New/Transfer Undergraduate and Graduate Students:

March 9, 2026 (Mon) – March 20, 2026 (Fri)

 ※ Submission Hours: 10:00 – 15:00 (Strictly observe the deadline / Excluding lunch break 12:00–13:00)

▶ Submission Location

International Student Support Team Service Desk, 1st Floor, Building F (Located in front of the self-service certificate machine at the building entrance)

▶ Required Documents

1. Integrated Application Form

- Attach a passport photo taken within the last 6 months (white background). Previously used photos cannot be submitted.

*[Standard Photo Specifications for Alien Registration] 

- Size: 3.5cm × 4.5cm (Face length must be between 2.5cm – 3.5cm).

- Plain white background with no border.

- Taken within 6 months of the application date, facing forward.

- Do not wear tinted glasses, hats, or decorative items that cover part of the face (except for medical purposes, such as for the visually impaired).

2. Copy of Passport

- Photos of the passport or edited versions are not allowed.

- Must be an actual-size photocopy scanned from the original.

3. Certificate of Enrollment(International Student Support Team will prepare this one :)

4. Proof of Residency Documents

1) Dormitory Residents: Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation (Bring your original passport to the Dormitory Administration Office to issue this starting from the 11th (Wed)).

2) One-room Residents: Submit a photocopy of all pages of your Lease Agreement.

3) Living with Friends or Family:

-Photocopy of all pages of the Lease Agreement (must include the friend/family member's name).

-"Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation" form filled out by the provider (friend or family).

5. Fee: 35,000 KRW

- Cash only.

- Please prepare the exact amount (no change provided).

6. Consent for Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

* This form is required to use the VIVISA app for visa management.

<< Important Notices >>

-This notice is not for students who have already processed a change of status within Korea. Only students who have recently entered from abroad and need a new ARC should submit these documents.

-Applicants must register their fingerprints. This is scheduled for April, and a separate announcement will be made later.
