• Application Opens: March 2, 2026 (Mon) at 09:00

• Application Deadline: June 5, 2026 (Fri) at 16:00

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Applications are accepted until the last working day (weekday) of the week before the final examination period.

All official absence requests must be submitted within one '1 month' from the date the reason for the absence occurs.

If your official absence request is denied, please contact your department office for further assistance.

※ 정부 방역당국이 코로나19 위기단계 하향 조정(경계→관심) 함에 따라 2024학년도 2학기부터 코로나19 백신접종 또는 격리로 인한 별도 공인결석 신청 및 적용사항 없습니다.

- KF-94 이상 보건용 마스크 착용 후, 출석 가능합니다.

- 다만 증상 발현 정도에 따라 출석이 어려울 경우, 진료확인서/의사소견서/진단서 중 택1 첨부하여 공인결석 구분 '외래진료' 에서 공인결석 신청 및 인정 가능(외래진료는 학기 중 최대 2일까지 신청 가능, 외래진료로 2일 소진하였을 경우 추가 신청 불가하므로 학기 중 공인결석 사용일 유의 바람)

→ 자가 진단 키트 사진, 처방전, 영수증 등으로는 인정 불가

※ 인플루엔자 독감 격리로 인한 별도 공인결석 적용사항 또한 없습니다.

학생 여러분들께서는 건강 관리에 유의하시어 수업 참석에 차질 없도록 유의하시기 바랍니다. 

공인결석은 정규학기에만 신청 가능하며, 계절학기는 해당 사항 없습니다.

COVID-19 & Influenza (Flu) – Official Absence Policy

As the government has lowered the COVID-19 alert level, there are no separate official absences granted for COVID-19 vaccination or quarantine starting from the Fall 2024 semester.

• Students may attend class while wearing a KF-94 (or higher) mask.

• If attendance is difficult due to symptoms, students may apply for an official absence under “Outpatient Treatment” by submitting one of the following:
  Medical certificate / Doctor’s note / Diagnosis certificate

• Outpatient Treatment absences are limited to a maximum of two (2) days per semester.

• Once the two days are used, no additional applications will be accepted.

• Self-test kit photos, prescriptions, and receipts are NOT accepted.

There are also no separate official absences for influenza (flu) quarantine.
If symptoms prevent attendance, students must submit a diagnosis confirmation and apply under “Outpatient Treatment” (maximum 2 days per semester).

Additional Notes

• Official absences are applicable only during regular semesters.

• Not applicable to summer or winter sessions.
