아세안연구원 구보경 교수는 2025.07.16.~2025.07.31. 까지 아래의 국제학술대회, 세미나 참석 및 자료 수집을 위해 태국(치앙마이), 말레이시아(쿠알라룸푸르)에서 현지조사를 실시하였다.
2025.07.17.~19, The Regional Center for Social Science and Sustainable Development와 Chiang Mai University가 개최한 'Decolonizing SEA Studies Conference'에 참석하였다.
2025.07.23, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Belt and Road Strategic Research Centre에서 주최한 'Digital Solutions for Cultural Heritage Protection'에서 "Digital Solutions for Cultural Heritage Protection :Korea’s ODA Contributions to the BIMP-EAGA"를 주제로 발표하였다. 또한 한-BIMP-EAGA 펀드 활용 및 신청을 위한 세미나에 참석하였다.
