2025-1 (Graduation Review Process for August Graduates) (ENG)

 

Eligibility: Students who have applied for a major or double major and have earned at least 98 credits

If overseas-acquired credits need to be reflected, please contact the Academic Support Team (051-509-6365) separately.

The total credits displayed on the Academic Performance Evaluation Report are not the actual total earned credits.
(This includes the credits registered for this semester as expected completion credits.)

 

Graduation will not be possible if the following conditions are not met, so please ensure compliance.

1. Graduation Requirements (Choose one from or )

Do I need to complete both? No, you only need to choose one.

TOEIC score of 730 or higher
(Or an equivalent official English test score:

TOEIC Speaking, OPIc, TOEFL, TEPS, G-TELP)

Completion of 3 courses (9 credits) from the other major within the English Department

English Major Complete 3 courses (9 credits) from English Interpretation & Translation Major

English Interpretation & Translation Major Complete 3 courses (9 credits) from English Major

Only tests taken on the above dates will be recognized.
Scores from tests taken after these dates will NOT be accepted.

3. Exemption from Graduation Review

 

2+2 Dual Degree Graduates (Mid-program dropouts are NOT eligible)

Submit GPA and degree certificate from the partner university.
Early Employment Candidates

 

Submit employment portfolio, employment certificate, and four major insurance enrollment certificates.

Only fully submitted documents will be accepted (Check the attached portfolio template).

4. Submission Process

For enrolled students: Submit in person at the department office (D594-1).

 

For students on leave or graduation deferrals:

Submit via email (20247036@bufs.ac.kr).

Students submitting cross-major courses must highlight their courses in their printed transcript before submission.

All email submissions must be scanned and submitted in PDF format. Non-PDF files will not be accepted.

If multiple documents are included, they must be combined into a single ZIP file.

 

5. Important Notices

The graduation review process for this semester follows the above criteria, and documents must be submitted within the specified period.


Submission Period: April 7, 2025 (09:00) May 14, 2025 (16:40)

Please check the attached files for the English proficiency score conversion table and employment portfolio template.

Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Students are responsible for any issues arising from failing to check attachments or not submitting required documents.
